Zenphoria Policy and Procedures – Covid 19 – MUST READ

Due to the current pandemic Zenphoria have had to review and put in place some new procedures to be able to return to work.  As a mobile therapist there are certain elements, I will not be able to control and cannot change so will need your help in order to make this work.

I appreciate I am asking a lot with the requests below and it saddens me that what I enjoyed most about my work is flexibility and interaction with you all and your beautiful families.  But for the foreseeable future I must ask that only the person receiving the treatment is present during your appointment.  If this is going to prove difficult please contact me and we can look at our options.

I will be wearing the appropriate PPE and making sure my car along with all kit is cleaned and disinfected between each client.  I will also be carrying only what I need for each treatment so please let me know in advance, as changes might prove difficult.

What I will need to ask of my clients:

·         A face mask/ covering per client will be needed if you have these fantastic (I will always have some with me if needed, donations towards PPE appreciated).

·         Face mask/ covering for other members of the house, if they are to come within 2m of me for longer than 15 minutes whilst I am at your house.  Ideally only one person in the house if this is possible.

·         Please wash hands and disinfect areas of contact before I arrive (door handles, tables or surfaces).

·         The room the treatment will be in must have open windows or an outside door for ventilation.  So remember your jumper or dressing gown, as it might be chilly, and they must be opened (the window not the dressing gown).

·         Massage clients please can you provide 2 x large clean towels (bath towels) to cover you during treatment (these won’t be provided due to risk of cross contamination when I am travelling between clients).

·         Pedicure clients please can you provide a towel for drying your feet (these won’t be provided due to risk of cross contamination when I am travelling between clients).

·         If you could avoid touching your phone during your appointment; if this isn’t possible due to work, etc… then I will give you an antibacterial wipe before you wash your hands to clean the phone.

Before your treatment:

·         I will call or text 24hr ahead to check if you or any member of your house has had any of the below symptoms or are feeling genuinely unwell – cancellation policy does not apply your appointment will need to be rescheduled.

High temperature

New continuous cough

loss or change to your senses smell or taste

shortness of breath.

·         I will notify you if I have any of the symptoms or if I have been in contact with someone with confirmed covid-19.

What I will be doing:

·         I will be ditching the old school diary (scary times) and will make the next appointment with you once I have packed away as my phone will need to remain in my car or bag.

·         Please don’t be offended I will not be accepting any refreshments or using your facilities whilst I am at your house I will bring water with me if I need it.

·         Feel free to laugh I will probably turn up looking like something out of ET.  I will have a face mask, visor, gloves and will change my shoes.  But it is still me and I am still smiling under my mask.

·         I will need to clean my kit and wipe down surfaces I’ve touched when I leave you, so I might take an extra 10/ 15minutes after your treatment to do this.

·         If you develop symptoms up to 10 days after your treatment, please notify me immediately on 07754185550, as I will need to begin self – isolation and contact any clients I have come into contact with.
